Perseids Meteor Shower Crystal Attunement
The Perseids Meteor Shower peaks on the evening of August 11th and into the early morning hours of August 12th, 2022. During this time, the Southern Delta Aquariids Meteor Shower is winding down (visible until August 23rd), so if you're out stargazing, you're likely to catch a few meteors from this shower as well. This is also an incredibly lucky time cosmically, allowing for powerful crystal attunements by our Reiki and Crystal Masters.
Here we will discuss the Perseids Meteor Shower and the power they bestow on crystals attuned with their energy.
About the Perseids Meteor Shower
To understand the energy behind the crystal attunement, you must first understand the source of its power. The meteors in the Perseids Meteor Shower come from the comet Swift–Tuttle. The name of the comet originates from the two men who independently discovered it just three days apart in 1862, Lewis Swift and Horace Parnell Tuttle. The Perseids get their name from the fact that the meteors hail from the constellation Perseus.
We have to go back in history a bit more and learn about Perseus to explain the lore of these meteors. When asked to think of Gods of strength, courage, and might, many people would name the Roman God Hercules. The Greek equivalent to Hercules is Heracles. Not only was Perseus known as the greatest Greek hero and slayer of monsters before the days of Heracles, but he is actually the great-grandfather of Heracles.
To know about the origin of the meteor shower though, we must go back even further. Zeus is the Greek God of the sky and thunder. He is also the King of the Gods and ruled over them at Mount Olympus. Zeus fell in love with the mortal Danaë, the daughter of King Acrisius. The King locked Danaë away so she could not have a child since a prophecy stated the King would be killed by one of her children. So, Zeus came to Danaë in a golden rain that permeated the roof of the prison she was held captive in. The shower of gold impregnated her and soon after, their son Perseus was born.
Now, the annual Perseids Meteor Shower acts as a reminder of Zeus' love for Danaë and their conception of the great Perseus in spite of the odds being against them. It is also a reminder that love can conquer all.
The Crystal Attunement Energy

The owner of the land explained to Steele that the source of his deposits are glacial erratics, the weathering skins of which have indicated a date of deposition circa 11,000 BC at the end of the last ice age and predating quarrying activity by some 7,000 years. The erratics are dug up from his farmland, usually five to six feet below the surface, and then exported for manufacture.
