Self-Love and Relaxation Ritual
In this crazy, hectic, and busy world, it's important to carve a slice out just for yourself. Taking the time to spend some quiet time alone and honor yourself isn't done enough. So, here we're going to teach you how to do just that. If you can take 5-10 minutes out of your day, 3 times a week, for a self-love and relaxation ritual, you will be absolutely blown away at the results you'll receive. After even just one week, you will feel calmer, balanced, loved, and just more at ease. Stress, anxiety, and the demands of the day will all affect you less. You may even find that you sleep better.
The Things You'll Need and Why You Need Them
Here is a list of the items we highly recommend for the self-love and relaxation ritual.
Crystal Tea for Self-Love

This is our Sacred Space Candle. It is a crystal energy candle crafted to cleanse and sanctify a space for meditation, gridding, or protection. The candle scent is a soothing sage that also works to purify the area you are working in. There is also a Smoky Quartz pendant attached. This helps by providing a protective barrier of energy around the user.

The Self-Love and Relaxation Ritual
This ritual can take as little as 5 minutes or as long as an hour. That is completely up to you, what you need, and how you're feeling. If you're not on a time constraint, let your mind, body, and heart be your guide.
- Prepare yourself a cup of crystal tea or another beverage with crystal healing energy. When it is ready, find yourself a quiet place to self-reflect and enjoy your beverage. This is important. If necessary, try using noise-canceling headphones. You can even put on some calming music.
- When you have found your ideal location, set up your Sacred Space Candle nearby and light it.
- Now it is time to hold your Kunzite crystal in your left hand while you sip on your tea. Feel the loving, healing, and warm nurturing energy swirling inside and out through your aura. The healing vibrations from the Kunzite are traveling up your left arm to soothe and heal the heart and Heart Chakra.
- When you are ready, set your tea down and place the Kunzite in your right hand. Now lift it up and hold it with your hand over your heart. Close your eyes and focus on taking full, deep, and cleansing breaths. In deeply through the nose to expand the chest and exhale through the mouth while extending your stomach.
Complete this self-love and relaxation ritual at least 3 times a week. You may find 5 minutes is all that you need or that 10-20 minutes makes you feel best. Follow your body's guidance!
