Hi MrRogers! I really do believe Green Aventurine can work for this purpose. It is actually not a crystal for job promotions or making more money at your job but rather increases both luck and opportunities to earn more money in general. Pyrite and Citrine are also great attractors and work well for manifestations.

Currently wearing epidote, black kyanite and often wear “black” stones, rose quartz.

Blue Aventurine is a crystal of leadership and helps to earn respect in the workplace. Emerald is a remarkable support stone for the workplace. Another one you might consider it Amazonite. In the workplace, Amazonite dispels negative energy and aggravation and protects against unfair business practices and others taking advantage. I’m so sorry to hear that and I can definitely relate. In most cases, I would recommend Citrine or Carnelian. However, through personal experience, I can recommend Lithium Quartz. It is one of the first crystals suggested to me to help with my depression and anxiety and it helped a lot. I tried to meditate with it a couple of times a week when I could. I personally think Lithium Quartz works better than other crystals for this issue, at least for me personally.
