Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal purchase.
If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, return it within 21 days of the date your package was delivered. All returns must be initiated by contacting us within 10 days of the package's delivery date specified by the shipping provider.
Crystal Vaults is not responsible for return shipping fees. All returns are subjected to a 10% restocking fee.

Undamaged Items
Items not damaged must be returned to Crystal Vaults in the same condition. Items that arrive to us damaged will not be refunded. The sender is responsible for filing a claim for compensation for any item damaged during return shipping.
Please wrap each item securely in tissue or toilet paper, then wrap that in bubble wrap. Tape the bubble wrap closed. Pack the tissue and bubble-wrapped item in a sturdy box with at least one inch of additional packing material. Include all labels and other materials provided with the crystal in the box.
If the crystal is delicate or easily broken, it must be double-boxed. Make sure the inner box is packed as noted above, then pack that box in another with at least 1/2 inch of bubble wrap or styrofoam padding all around.
Damaged Items
We sincerely apologize if there are any damaged items in your shipment. We pack very carefully and take all possible precautions. However, on very rare occasions, damage does occur due to mishaps in transit.
Please save all packaging and photograph the damaged item and the box it arrived in.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. Once the claim is verified, we will issue a refund or resend the item.
We ask that you purchase our $1.50 shipping insurance so Crystal Vaults can refund or resend items using shipping methods that do not meet the requirements for claims.
Please note, USPS First Class Priority is not insured and does not meet claim requirements. Crystal Vaults' $1.50 shipping insurance will cover any damaged items or misdelivered packages.

Order Issues
Missing Items
In the event of missing items, we will send the item or issue a refund if that item is unavailable. Please carefully check the contents of the package. Contact us within 10 days of receiving the package about missing items.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong items, we will ask for photos of the items received. We will provide a return label for the incorrect items or an invoice for you to pay if you wish to keep the item. Contact us within 10 days of receiving the package about incorrect items.
Refunds
Shipping charges are not refundable. Once we receive the item back in the same condition that it was sent, we will process the refund to the original payment source.
Please note, returns take us 3-5 business days to process upon delivery to our store.
Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution.
