Amethyst. Called “the soul stone,” Amethyst assists in understanding and connecting to the soul’s eternal existence and initiates one’s own deep soul experiences. Using the Crown Chakra Crystal Kit
If you have any of the symptoms above or feel your Crown chakra may be out of balance, using the Crown Chakra Crystal Kit can help. Simply holding the crystals in your hand will provide relief. However, for more extensive blockages or problems, meditation with these crystals is recommended. Follow the steps below for near-instant relief.
- Lay down in a comfortable place.
- Place the Amethyst on your forehead.
- Place the Clear Quartz in the center of your chest.
- Place the Lepidolite over your third eye — between your eyebrows — on the bridge of your nose.
- Hold the Selenite in your left hand and the Obsidian in your right hand.
- Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
- Imagine waves of a violet color coming from your forehead and washing over the rest of your body.
- You will feel calm and at ease. More understanding will flow through. You will begin to feel more in balance and coordinated. You will feel more flexible and at ease with change. It will feel like you are able to go with the flow more. You will feel more put together and understood.
