More Information About Third Eye Chakra Crystals
Sodalite. Sodalite is a stone of the intellect. It is used to enhance the clarity of thought, concentration, and focus.  It enhances understanding of difficult concepts. Sodalite is a stone of fellowship, solidarity, and commonality of purpose.
Labradorite. Labradorite tempers the negative side of our personality, the traits and actions that rob our energy and may produce depression or shame. Labradorite calms an overactive mind and energizes the imagination, bringing in new ideas. It is a wonderful tool for returning joy and spontaneity back to one’s life. It helps eliminate the emotional drain of daily routine or being weighed down by responsibility and awakens a sense of adventure and change.
Angelite. Angelite is a stone of quiet strength and acceptance. Quite likely to be the strongest “gentle energy” stone in existence. It is a stone of angelic calming energy, excellent for purifying the emotional body. This crystal brings strength and support to face whatever tomorrow may bring. It teaches us that being gentle is sometimes the best test of strength.
Fluorite. Fluorite is an excellent crystal for helping one understand the balances intrinsic to relationships. Fluorite brings stability to groups, linking them to a common purpose, and allows relationships, groups, and the individual to flourish within that which is beneficial to all.

Using the Third Eye Chakra Crystal Kit
If you have any of the symptoms above or feel your Third Eye chakra may be out of balance, using the Third Eye Chakra Crystal Kit can help. Simply holding the crystals in your hand will provide relief. However, for more extensive blockages or problems, meditation with these crystals is recommended. Follow the steps below for near-instant relief.
- Lay down in a comfortable place.
- Place the Sodalite (dark blue/indigo) over your third eye area, in between your eyebrows, on the bridge of your nose.
- Place the Clear Quartz in the center of your chest.
- Place the Angelite (light blue) on your forehead.
- Hold the Fluorite in your left hand and the Labradorite in your right hand.
- Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
- Imagine waves of indigo color coming from your third eye and washing over the rest of your body.
- You will feel calm and at ease. More understanding will flow through. Your perception will become higher. Your internal communication will begin to feel more open.
- When ready, place the crystals back in their bag or chosen location until you need to use them again.
