Malachite. Malachite is a protection stone, absorbing negative energies and pollutants from the atmosphere and the body. Using the Heart Chakra Crystal Kit

However, for more extensive blockages or problems, meditation with these crystals is recommended. Follow the steps below for near-instant relief.
- Lay down in a comfortable place.
- Place the Malachite crystal in the center of your chest.
- Place the Clear Quartz a few inches below the Malachite crystal.
- Place the Rose Quartz on your forehead.
- Hold the Unakite in your left hand and the Green Aventurine in your right hand.
- Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
- Imagine waves of a green color coming from the center of your chest and washing over the rest of your body.
- You will feel calm and at ease. More understanding of yourself and your needs will flow through you. You will feel more relaxed and less stressed. You will feel happier and may likely think of those you are most connected to in your life.
