Size: The storage box is 6″ x 5″ x 3″. The sage, palo santo, and Selenite stick range from 4 to 5 inches. The tumbled stones range from 1/2 – 1 inch. The Sacred Space Room Spray is 2 oz and scented with Sage and Jasmine essential oils and Larimar, Silver Topaz, and Turquoise crystal essences.
Primary Uses: The included booklet is pocket-sized for easy traveling. Its’ contents explain the basics of how to use crystals, spiritually cleansing and charging your crystals, and brief metaphysical properties of the included crystals in the kit.
There are many different ways to use your crystals. The most common practices include wearing them as jewelry, holding them during meditation, keeping them in your pockets, and using them around the house as decor.
First, figure out which crystal you need to achieve your desire. Let’s say you are looking to boost your confidence. You’ll need a Carnelian crystal. Find a quiet, secure place and sit comfortably. Hold your crystal in one or both hands. Close your eyes. Set the intention. An easy way to do so is with a verbal affirmation such as, “I am confident and value myself.” Focus on your breathing. You may feel yourself sink deeper into the earth or a lightness surrounding you. It’s okay if you don’t feel anything at all, either. Start with small sessions and work your way up.
